I don´t know how you ever put up with that man who looked at Escondida at least six times and then went and bought a house from someone else without even making a comment to you. You have more patience than I have, and in this tough real estate market patience and perseverance are such important personal qualities, I have to salute you. It was really hard for us to give up those houses, after eight years of happiness that we have had there, even though it was time.
